We still have a number of 45′ and a few 36′ slips available for the 2023 summer season. 45′ slips priced at $5,250 and 36′ slips priced at $3,800. All slips include water, dock box and access to electricity. Electric expense recovered at cost of usage. Amenities for residents and guests include access to the clubhouse, pool and playground. Plenty of parking.
